High Speed + Underinflated Tires = My car came with these stupid pressure monitor valve stem covers that leaked. I brought the car to a tire shop and *thought* they had fixed it. I got lazy and didn't check my tire pressure before I left Carson City to come back to LA. Needless to say they were still leaking. That plus some high speed antics led to the following. This happened a little while back but I just grabbed the photos off my phone. I was stuck outside of Lancaster for a few hours. http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/6708/evo1jx7.jpg http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/553/evo2ox7.jpg http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/9080/evo3dk0.jpg http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/9504/evo4nw0.jpg http://img204.imageshack.us/img204/1761/evo5rn8.jpg JC |

How fast were you going? I bet that made a little noise. |
|
'bout 85 when it blew out. 'bout 40mph faster a little before that. ;) I barely even noticed actually. I wasn't even sure I had a blow out until I pulled over. |

Damn kid. How's the rim? |

 Still not 20 inches. :( It's fine, just a little scuffed. |
