Do you have a set of the stock 17x8 BBS wheels for the car already? They're pretty good wheels for stock-class autocross... fairly light, really strong, and for sure they meet the rules. If you just need another set, Emily is selling her stock gold wheels (here: http://www.seccs.org/forums/showthread.php?t=6644) for so cheap it's insane.

Or you might be able to save some money if you race on the your current stock wheels and just pick up some beater wheels for cheap to put street tires on to get to/from the track. Hell, I've got a set of 17x8 +48(?) A-Tech Erasors I'd sell ya for $200, but they're pretty heavy for autocross compared to the stock wheels.

Another option is springing for a set of 17x8 +45 Enkei RPF1's... which are about the lightest wheels you'll find without going to ridiculously expensive forged wheels. Edge Racing has 'em for a little over $1000 for a set: http://www.edgeracing.com/wheel/6081/ But I'm not sure if +45 offset is legal... aren't the stock rules really strict about that stuff?

Hey Vic, welcome...

No Update/backdate in stock buddy... What came on the car as far as width is what you get +- 1/4" MAX! Stockers are probably your best bet for autocross and get something else for the street.

You going to take it to RFR as well?

OH, OH, OH.... Buy Emily's Gold Stockers!!!! A steal for forged BBSs assuming you have anything but an '04!!!

Pretty sure that the offset restriction is +/- 5mm.

Hey Vic, are you and Renee both going to be driving it at autox? Will you guys be on race tyres?

(If you beat Randy on street tyres he will just have to change the T multiplier again!)

Those are a little tall (a 245/40/17 would be better but no one makes 'em), but since you're on stock height suspension, you'll be okay I think. I believe Matt and Carrie were running that size in the Hoosiers early last season (or maybe they were running 235/40/17's).

I have owned a Megan Cat Back for about 6 months now, and I love it. For the price compared to most cat backs it is a steal. Fit and lined up very nicely on my car. Sounds really good also. Quieter on idle than some I've heard, but when you get in the gas and start making boost it sounds mad!
