I've got a fender that fits,now I need a new door.
My wife wants me to flat black the whole thing. I'm thinking army green?

flat black>army green

sperry 2008-03-23 03:03 PM

Flat Orange. Looks great on Miatas!

100_Percent_Juice 2008-03-23 03:33 PM

Flat black with white ghost flames.

Now that would kick ass.

Welcome to the mismatched fendered L club. :)

Nick Koan 2008-03-23 07:49 PM

Compromise, flat army green.

bxracer69 2008-03-23 08:59 PM

if your going for p-51 eyes and teeth your should go with silver

tysonK 2008-03-23 09:19 PM

flat white

That would be awesome. Then you can throw a pinup girl on the back quarter.

sybir 2008-03-23 10:56 PM

Flat army green.

Do it. Will look awesome.

Only caveat is that if you're going to paint it a mean color, you're going to need to do some fender work so you can get it down on the ground. Flat colors = mean look with the right stance.

JonnydaJibba 2008-03-24 08:26 AM

I think flat green would be quite neat.

It would look just like this.

For the first time ever, I like the look of Slipstreams on a Subaru.

bxracer69 2008-03-24 05:56 PM

alright... you win, i saw the picture and was convinced

van 2008-03-24 07:06 PM

I think that car is pimp.I might stay with flatwhite for a bit though. That green is so much more appealing when I'm drinking,I just gotta commit when sober.

100_Percent_Juice 2008-03-24 08:26 PM

I think flat white will look like ass. Someone please post a link to prove otherwise.

^I think that looks good. However, a lot of different paint jobs would work with that car and not others.

sybir 2008-03-25 04:06 PM

That was not a precondition of your acceptance of said link, only the existence of substantiating evidence.

Go Flat Green! It seems like a lot of people are going for the Darth Car Flat Black everything look. You don't want your car to look like veryone elses' do you?! Innovate and dare to be different is my vote

van 2008-03-25 08:43 PM

I just need a modular paint job:). I need to be able to change a part and whip out a rattle can to make it match. The fancy purple metal flake paint job is years and a bunch of mods away.

Rustoleum White applied with a paint roller!

Call me crazy, but that seems redundant. :P

Just go with primer and you can be like all the cool kids with Civics!

More green on a Bugeye... the more I see it, the more I like it...
