Police STi

There is an STi in colorado that is used to arrest street racers.. have any of you heard of this?

I saw that on nasioc a few years back. Is it really being used? I saw a picture of it used in an anti-street racing add but, I didn't think it was actually in service.

i dont know.. from what i have been googling it is really a bad ass cop car. it is all custom tuned and such.
