Actually, it's the 5mph US crash rules that make the JDM cars sold here look like crap. The ped rules in Europe are why the BMWs look like ass... but I don't think those rules are making Japanese cars sold in the US ugly quite yet.

It is affecting the Japanese cars sold in Europe, which are generally also sold here.
