It's 10/10 Do you know where the sun is?

With much hesitation and sadness my AC knob was rotated from blue to red.

Dean 2008-10-10 08:07 AM

I did that on the way home from the meet last night.

It snowed briefly this AM at my house. Currently 24 degrees.

cody 2008-10-10 08:29 AM

You turned your heater on and decided that there needed to be a thread about it?

JonnydaJibba 2008-10-10 08:33 AM

Time to bring out the meats!

Threads about more trivial things abound. Some of them are even Sticky... Like this One. :)

 Noooo. I made a thread because its snowing in the beginning of October you stupid kraut.

cody 2008-10-10 10:01 AM

I see.

Isn't kraut an ethnic slur against Germans? I'm predominantly German Jew, so I guess that works.

sperry 2008-10-10 10:32 AM

Damn, it's snowing like a bitch at IGT right now. :( I can barely make out the hills that are 200 yards from my window.

I probably should have turned off my sprinklers and drained the system yesterday, huh? I'm gonna have some cracked pipes.

Did someone say crack pipes!?!

JonnydaJibba 2008-10-10 10:35 AM

Meh, this is weak.

cody 2008-10-10 10:38 AM

Oh yah, good call Scott. I'll have to do the same tonight. I'm not really looking fwd to driving home on my RE01R's. I've been too busy digging holes in the backyard to switch to my winter setup.

JonnydaJibba 2008-10-10 10:44 AM

Your street tires don't like wet roads er what?

cody 2008-10-10 10:48 AM

Well, wet's okay, and I'm 95% sure that's all I'll have to contend with on my drive to Stead tonight at 5:30, but any unmelted snow or ice could be kinda sketch. I'm sure it'll be fine.

Dean 2008-10-10 10:54 AM

I have no real tread on anything right now except the truck. Guess I need to put at least some all-seasons on something.

If I can drive a TC on ZRIs in the snow, then you can drive your AWD buttwagon in the snow. Yes, it was scary, and yes I did miss a light and get stuck in an intersection because of no grip, but I made it...eventually.

cody 2008-10-10 11:05 AM

Oh, well now I feel better. :~:

The only vehicle I've got that's streetable right now is my truck... and it's on bald tires still! :unamused:

WRX06TR 2008-10-10 01:58 PM

Back on my stockers and Blizzaks driving around like a teenager

JC 2008-10-11 10:15 AM

It was 58 here last night. Sucks.

Skidder 2008-10-11 11:54 AM

Yes... it is finally time to put away the bike and take out the skis.

We got like 2" of snow last Friday. Like 6" in the north valleys if I heard correctly.

cody 2008-10-13 01:20 PM

Nah, in Stead, we only got an inch and it melted quickly.

JonnydaJibba 2008-10-14 10:30 AM

6 inches? Chaaaaa right...
