Serious?
we went last year now my wife is booking rooms and shit already and I don't want to go.
Garbage lineup, I'm waiting for Outsidelands lineup.

There are only three bands on the lineup that i'd care to see. The Crystal Method, The Killers, and Public Enemy. Every one else I'm either not interested in, or I've simply never heard of (mostly the latter).

Just having the Cure there is enough to make me want to go. I also like the Silversun Pickups a lot. Morrissey, Conor Oberst, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs and X are all worth seeing live as well.

Too far away though for me to go.

Silversun Pickups!? Khail, I never would have thought that you would be into silversun pickups.

When I first bought the CD, I think I listened to it for about 3 weeks straight. One of the few newer bands that I actually like.

lol @ Throbbing Gristle being there.

I think there are enough bands that I think I'd have a good time. Still, the thought of going to Coachella doesn't really appeal to me. Too much time and money for bands I only kinda-sorta like.

Genghis Tron, and the Black Keys.

Turbonegro.

Edit:

They actually sound a little like early Lemonheads, but worse.

I'll admit it's not an easy concert to go. Last time I went it was hot as hell, crowded, and tough too see all the bands you wanted to.

But waddya gonna do?

I saw them in SF last september. That show was the loudest thing I have ever experienced, to the point of being physically painful to be there. They were handing out earplugs at the door and I needed them. Think of the loudest sound you have ever heard, and I guarantee it wasn't as loud as this concert was, and it went for nearly 2 hours. At one point my skin was itching because of the vibrations of all the sounds.

I love MBV, but I would rather stab myself with a rusty fork than ever see them live again.

Some reviews of them live: blah blah

Well at least it will be outside!
