I really want this.

I really want this album on vinyl, but $380 is a bit much. I found it for $200 a number of months ago, and I should have bought it. Damn you past me!

So what you're saying is, bands that want to make money selling albums should release on vinyl exclusively.

Well, looks like it was a $25 vinyl album originally, but being a limited edition piece drove up the value quite a bit. The band is getting squat of that.

Also, try ebay

If there was significantly more than $33 in my Paypal, I'd bid on that bitch right now...

Bob Danger 2010-02-10 12:56 PM

Sold for $172.50

A1337STI 2010-02-10 01:48 PM

to you right?

Bob Danger 2010-02-10 09:50 PM

nope

Dean 2010-02-10 11:54 PM

What, no torrents of it? :)

MPREZIV 2010-02-11 07:28 AM

And how would a downloaded copy replace having an original ON VINYL?

;)

Nick Koan 2010-02-11 07:44 AM

Well, you could torrent it and then cut your own dubplates for a mere $5k-$10k. Problem is, cut plates only last about 100 listens or so, vs. pressed vinyl recordings.

And then you'd need to get an oversized printer to print out the album artwork.

 Nothing like the cold sound of digital music with way less than the durability of vinyl!
