My dryer stopped working
 

Does anyone have a multimeter I could borrow? I would go buy one but I don't really feel like spending that much money on something that I have only ever needed twice in the last 10 years.

They are on sale for $2.99 at Harbor Freight most every day.

I have 2 or 3 you are welcome to borrow, but it will cost that in gas to come get them. :)

I will have to run over there and look tomorrow. I have a cheapy meter that does voltage. I need one that does continuity. I need to check the thermostat, heating element and thermal fuse.

I have a meter. Its yellow.
