Spare P1, anybody?

Scott, if you want me to grab you that spare anthracite P1 I mentioned on thursday (okay, Friday morning :P) then PayPal me $200 and I'll have it to you ASAP. I should have it after UCKK Tuesday.

Dammit! It's a good idea, but I just don't have another $200 to spend on the car right now after the wing and coilovers. :(

If the guy still has 'em two weeks from now after I get a pay-check and pay off some bills, I'll be more likely to afford it.

Kevin M 2004-01-11 11:32 PM

I can float it for you if you want.

sperry 2004-01-12 09:25 AM

Argh! Quite tempting me!

Okay, so this is one Anthracite P1, and it's got a tire on it right? What kinda tire? how much tread? Can I get the rim w/o the tire for cheaper?

Kevin M 2004-01-13 12:40 AM

3 from a totalled Legacy GT. With tire only. I forget what they are, but lots of tread left. I'll just get mine and chances are the other one will still be there in a couple weeks.

sperry 2004-01-13 02:56 PM

Just let me do-rift your car around a turn, and then you'll feel good about yourself.

I was tripping, I was thinking Union City was Redwood City, which would add a drive across the Bay. It's been a while since I lived in the Bay.

Even still, isn't traffic a bitch?

Kevin M 2004-01-13 04:10 PM

Actually, Redwood City isn't that much farther, maybe 80 minutes from me. I-80 runs straight to it. Traffic to UCKK isn't bad for me because I don't leave until 7 and it's semi-reverse commute. I usually get to see northbound 880 all stacked up though coming into Union City. n00bs.
