Figured I'd see if there is any interest in these wheels, I'm looking to possibly go in another direction.
Brand new, only 2 of the boxes have been opened, other two are still sealed. Stickers and all that good stuff have not been put on yet.
Just looking to get back what I paid,
$3000 firm

Only picture I have right now, but I can get more if there's any interest, they are just sitting stacked up in my closet.

Sorry joe these are too "herraflush" for the anybody here (no offense to anybody. Just stating fact) Try i-club or nasioc.

Just put them on your car already. You know you wanna keep them.

Volks are not "herrafrush." These aren't always an appropriate wheel fitment, but don't confuse us spurning Rotas sticking out of fenders for hating on any wheel bigger than 17x8. If I had the budget and a car that could make use of 285/30R18s, I'd be all over these.

I don't believe the make of the wheel makes it Herrafrush..

Let's just say it this way: people that have the good taste to buy badass volks tend not to have the bad taste to rub them on their hammered fenders with stretched tires. At least in general, people willing to spend money on nice wheels also tend to do their suspension "right".

But Austin is right in one sense... there just aren't many people in Reno that have the fenders to clear wheels that wide. It's a small market here for that stuff. But nice wheels... I wish my bugeye had flares to fit those and that I cared enough about it to be willing to spend $3k on wheels. But I'm on an RPF1 budget these days with 5 cars, three of which see track time.

It's correlation, not causation, but Scott's on the right track. Put simply, I'd be far more disappointed in seeing these wheels on an overly low WRX with 235/40 generic tires on them than I would with cheaper wheels. I'd also think they were the perfect wheel on pretty much any flared Subaru looking to run large tires (like pretty much every well-prepared autocross car) because these would then be a correct fitment.

That's kind of what I was getting at in my first post. There's not many cars locally that could properly run these. I guess I could have worded my comment better. If I could bring myself to take $3k out of my house downpayment, then I'd buy these and make them work PROPERLY on one my cars, but I'm kind of on a "try as hard as I can to not buy anything" budget, and also if I didn't just buy new wheels too. I mean I'm not into the whole stretched tire with 500degrees of negative camber with $300 tires on a $3,000 set of wheels, and dumped so low that they cant even turn. I think that is stupid as hell..
