We are aiming to build the ultimate unlimited AWD Subaru for Time Attack, to campaign alongside the L.

Think of something with custom subframes and about 6 inches wider track :D

Thank you sir, we wish we didn't have the chassis setup all wrong for Buttonwillow as the car probably has 2 seconds in it as it stands but 4th overall given the compitition is a pretty solid result....

Yea in fairness to the noise debate, it was the same for everyone we even swapped a motor so we could run a less aggressive setup to make sound leaving a serious amount on the table.

I would recommend if your changing your pistons to run 9:1 for your goals on 100 octane, should help with the powerband and more importantly the shift onset response.

The full race motor uses Cosworth heads and cams, the bottom end is ours running 10:1 compression.

We see full boost at 4200rpm, as of yet we have only ran it up to 24.5psi on 116 octane gas.

I would think so, we swapped our race motor out as I could not tune the high compression motor with the back pressure of the 3 mufflers. We ran Laguna at 380whp vs 505whp we ran at Buttonwillow only...

The factory Subaru oil cooler kits (as used on spec C's etc etc) replace the heat exchanger under the oil filter, my initial thoughts are there is a reason those ports are not used on the oil pump...

Well in this particular instance it's somewhat due to us having a huge leak at the manifold to uppipe (also knocked down our boost and power).

A lot of the noise is due to the GT30r's straight 4"...

You'll want anything that passes oil through it...

You'll want anything that passes oil through it to be cleaned and cleaned well.

You'll need to work with the buckets to get the valve lash set, you'll need a feeler gauge to do this.
