Check your bypass valve. I bet it is leaking. That will not show up on a boost-leak test, because it is looping back into the inlet, which is also pressurized during the test.

There are SI Drive tables for boost target and throttle mapping. Timing and fuel have "cruise" and "non-cruise" tables but these are not selected by the SI Drive.

I have a CAD file for license plate delete for your car. It would be very expensive to make just one on a CNC mill. Cutting it on a waterjet is more feasible, but it would not have radiused edges.
