Not really. Your statement was that swamp coolers
in general are 80% more efficient than A/Cs. And because of the amount of use here in NV, that adds up to $500. It implies that in Atlanta, it might add up to more or less money, but not that there is an efficiency difference.
If you can't see that, whatever indeed. I'm not arguing semantics, the two statements really are different, to the point that I would not have been arguing with you about this had you said what you meant.
