I'm not sure if I am interested in the flat foot shifting or the launch control, simply because I do not launch my car on the street! Flat foot shifting just doesn't sound good to me.....So what I get out of what I've heard from you guys and other people that own Subaru's is that if you want a COBB AP with a nice display and a lot of extra "BLING" that is included with the new version, get a V2. If you want an AP that is very basic but does the trick without all the bells and whistles, get a V1. They both hold the same maps and load them the same (one a little faster apparently), and I'm not really interested in the flat foot shifting, launch control, or the gauges/bling that comes in the V2. Can anyone else tell me why I NEED or have to have an AP V2?! Why I shouldn't just swoop a V1 for under half the price?! If anyone has any experience or insight on this please let me know. Thanks
