It's not bad. 256MB of RAM, Athlon XP 1200 running XP Pro, PCMCIA slot, great speakers. It takes about 10 minutes to fully reboot, but once you get a browser window up, you can't even tell how old it is.
I'm going to reinstall the OS pretty soon here. It's been like 4 years.
