If you really mean an EcuTEK flash, chances are you're better off with an AccessPort. For the turbo recommendations, that's going to depend entirely on what you plan to do with the car. Autocross, track trials, dyno queen, etc.

I have had good experience with EcuTek. I think most of the stuff they have out for our cars is good it is just a matter of what company you want to go with. also I do not think a front mount will have much lag, but if you are not sure how much you are going to to do with your motor i would get a sti top mount.
