You mean, "they had to use that many washers because they were too lazy to do the right thing and get the proper sized and grade bolt that matched the rest of the struts". Yeah, that's what I thought you meant.
Remember, it's up to the customer to go and finish the work the proper way, right?

I know I had to spend tons of money and time re-doing all the work that was botched on my car. Somewhere around here I've got an email from Mike Warfield with a bunch of photos detailing the all the missing and improper bolts from my WRX. Like the missing nuts on the engine mount, for example. Those aren't important, are they?
