Well, not "totally"... I guess if I get pulled over, they might say something about the lack of DOT approved seat belts, missing airbags, and bald tires. But at far as the DMV is concerned, this bitch is driveable!
BTW: the fellas over at Nevada Auto Diagnosis didn't even blink at the roll cage and race shit. Plugged in the OBD-II scanner and printed my registration straight away.
I won't mention how much registration cost due to the late fees though.
