If you can get the LBJ out of the spindle, I'd just do that. Call around to junkyards & get a replacement LCA to throw on there so you can drive it off. If you put a dolly on that corner you don't know what's gonna happen as you're moving it off the trailer, up the driveway, & into the garage.. it could slip off and damage something else.
