STi has a much better/different transmission
Si-Drive ECU
Dual AVCS heads
MASSIVE fender flares
Much better suspension
Upgraded interior
HIDs
Massive brakes
Better exhaust

The difference between the WRX and the STi has never been bigger than in the current line up. They don't even share the same body anymore!
