Annual longboard event in Graeagle, site of the 'World's First Ski Race' in the 1800's. Everyone gets good and snockered, dresses up in old-style clothes and hucks downhill on 16'+ skis that they make every year for the event. Kind of like a pinewood derby, but more painful and more drinking.
This video has action that starts about halfway through, the glare goes away when they start. That's a few of my friends with one old timer in there. Fast and scary.

Great day, tons of people, lots of great getups, a good bluegrass band, plenty of drinking (for us). Not too many clampers, but you will see a few in the pictures. Here's some photos, more at:
