PE's have *terrible* latency. For example the PE800's latency is so high, the field in the Hydra map can't even be programed that high (1.1ms is the max, and the PE800's are 1.6ms @ 14V). The PE850 side-feeds are at least about half as bad as the PE800's...
Either way, the UR's have very low latency, which allows them to effectively flow more w/o spraying fuel like a hose, because they can run longer per stroke. That gives you much more control at low RPMs, better tip-in, etc. The only down-size is the stock ECU can't drive them, so you end up needing that resistor pack spliced in. And I believe there's a real reason for the lack of a plug-n-play harness... but I don't know what it is.
But apparently, the Hydra can drive low-impedance injectors... I wonder if I can drive some URs w/o needing that resistor pack...

That might be an option for solving my idle and tip-in issues caused by my PE800s.
