Alltel or Sprint will end up with their antennas since they do AT&T no good and you will be able to use either of their networks without changing phones.

This may be a windfall for both of those carriers in those states. Since they are buying Alltel, I bet there will be a nice campaign to switch you to Alltel to maintain your existing coverage/service...
