Cobb has put out several "off the shelf" maps for different setups. They don't know where you live or how your car will run on that map so they have to leave it pretty safe to keep everyone from killing their cars. You can buy a turkey sandwich from 7/11 that will work for most people or you can go to port of subs and get a tuned turkey sandwich.
