I bought a CAI for my first wrx before I did any research. After researching but before putting it on the car I sold it and stayed stock. I know you're talking NA here but at the time, I didn't find anyone that had anything good to say about theirs on a wrx. Sounds like that's the consensus with NA cars as well. "placebo noisemaker"
