All I can do without seeing it is suggest things you've likely already heard a dozen times: Do you have the right clutch disc? Is the clutch release fork pivot pin installed correctly? Etc...

yea i installed it and double checked it idk im re doing it today to see wtf is going on.........damn i hope its not a shitt clutch
