It has nothing to do with newness to anything. Spelling, grammar and such are a common courtesy when meeting new people in any environment especially if you want them to do something for you. You are not going to get most jobs by walking in looking like crap and saying "wa up, yo. hey fo da job?".
And I have been on topic. Every post has had something related to answering his "wter pump" question until this one.
