I heard of a trick from my old roommate where you take it back, then buy it right back from them for the sale price. It's a good way to make sure you get one before they sell out. Just make sure you're still able to return it then. I think you only have 14 days but I'm not sure.

And on the 360 arcade edition: isn't that one not in HD? My 360 is broken
