NTN part# 4T-CR1-0823 On the box(4T-CR1-0823CS113#01[J100]) AKA Nissan Prt#: 4021-016-E00 (Original), 40210-94N00 (New, not sure it is identical) SKF part no. FW105

Grease:

Mobil SHC220 / Mobil 1 red synthetic

Seals:

CR(chicago rawhide) part no's 22038 and 22026
