Well, you might want to give him the newsflash that forged BBS wheels are worth a bit more than cast Rotas. It doesn't usually take sitting at a computer all day to figure that out. And you don't have to care about what things are worth, unless of course you're trying to sell them.
As far as not saying anything... the whole point of this forum is to help people out, and your friend clearly needs some help selling his stuff. So instead of me not saying anything and letting your poor friend sit on his stuff wondering why no one wants it, it makes a lot more sense to point out why his stuff isn't selling. Plus, it was funny. If he's not happy about the public reaction to his sale, just let me know and I can delete his post and he can take it to eBay.
But frankly, it'd be better if he takes my advice, even if it was made jokingly, and try selling those wheels for a reasonable price. They're actually nice ~$400 wheels that he shouldn't have too hard a time selling as long as he's not being silly with his asking price.
