That sucks. I've sheered my exhaust headers on my rally car twice , 3" past where they bolt onto the motor. I could drown out harley's at just 1/2 throttle , it was painful with a helmet on..
on a similar type subject how restrictive is a stock WRX muffler (its 2" in right?)
or how restrictive is the Stock STI muffler , is that 2.5 or 2" ? i'm thinking of putting one onto my rally car exhaust. the exhaust now feels great, (but its too loud) i don't want to hurt the performance but its too loud.
i know Dean likes the super craps.. but it will cost me more than re-using my old muffler or swaping for wrx. and i think it sorta muddies the exhaust sound in a weird way ...
I could dyno before and after...
but that would be a waste of cash me thinks
