btw hans devices kick ass! the only soreness i have is in my hand from back handing an unpadded A-piller bar.
My back is a little bit sore, but that's from the 300 feet we cleared in the air after i decided to go WOT off a ! Big Jump.

actually ran out of ground clearance before suspension travel on that one. oops (car setup mistake) i felt the landing really really good in my lower back.
time to start a fitness routine so i'm in better shape for jumps and crashes. hahaha
