Well, I don't know about the front axles. I don't know if there's a stub axle or not on the WRX gearbox. There isn't one on the '06-6MT. So you may need to swap in the STi axles up front.
In the rear, if you keep your R160, you won't need to fuss with rear axles, spindles, hubs, brakes, etc. If the '06 TR WRX still used the 3.545 rear LSD like the pre-'06 WRXs did, then you already have what you need back there to work with the '06 6MT. That is assuming you know
for sure the 6MT you're getting is from '06. If it's an '04 or '05 you'll need a 3.90 rear end. You really need the number off the gearbox in order to cross reference the year to be sure. Mismatching the rear-end ratio will demolish the center diff.
