Default 3-Piece Wheel Restore/Separate Shops/DIY

Anyone have any info on restoring/ separating 3-piece wheels? The bolts have a multi-point star head that's not hex, nor tork. Need the tool for these, and any insight in what to look for when I separate them.

I picked up a set of 18x8.5 SSR SP1 Professors and looking to split them apart so I can get the centers powder coated. Wheels are in perfect condition, just going for a color change - I already have a set of black wheels (the RPFs) and the black with polished lip look is not for me.

If I can get a shop to split them apart, powder coat/paint the centers, re-polish the lips, and reassemble, I'd be pretty happy to pay a few bucks more than the cost of the powder coat alone. So anyone know of decent local wheel restorers/refurbishers?

If I do this myself, who's got the best pricing/work on powder? Thinking I'm going to need either a candy or a pearl

Thanks,

Rory
