Are dual lug pattern rims weaker than single lug pattern drilled?
I'm looking at some Braid Gravel Rally rims : the acropolis

Out of all the Alloy rims i've seen damaged, broken its always been on the outter edge, a bend, or a chunk breaking off.
I've seen a steel rim, get ripped off the hub, lug nuts still on the studs at a rally cross..
brand new sticky rally tires, mad sideways into a rut and disaster ...
anywho would anyone really be worried about the rim breaking around the lugs? I want to start buying 15X6 or 15X6.5 rims with a dual pattern. so i can use them on my current rally car, but they will be able to work with an 05+ STI .
