I'm thinking of picking this set up (from Home Depot since they'll beat Lowe's price by 10%): http://www.lowes.com/pd_201409-70-DC...587-_-10926682

Anyone know if that impact driver would remove lug nuts? It says it's got 1170 in-lbs of torque. Is an inch pound a 1/12 of a foot pound?
