Quick Question, Could your shop Drill a 114.3X5 Bolt pattern into a Rotor that already has a 100X5 bolt pattern?

I'm trying to figure out a Rally braking solution for my STI (06/07 calipers work fine) seems some people get JDM rotors i'm hoping to find a cheaper solution.
