 I had some rotors converted by C&C on their mill. They were able to get the front stoptechs right, but the rear 2-pot rotors wouldn't fit, the tolerances for the rear brake drum is too low for someone to be able to drill a perfect ring of holes, even on a nice mill. 
The rotors you want are the group n gravel spec rotors. FHI makes them, and you can buy them direct from Rallispec and maybe even the dealership (with the correct p/n).  No need to try to import them from Japan. 
Looks like $161 for a pair of front rotors, and $161 for a pair of rear rotors.  Not exactly cheap, but neither are the brembo rotors for that matter.
