Since you will likley end up shaving anyway, why not try shaving the flat spotted ones. If after they are still within 2/32nd of the others, put them in the rear until the good ones wear down to their level in the front.
If I have them all shaved down to where the flat spots are, there wont me much left of the tires... Thats why.
