I know that the pads and caliper brackets are different sizes/shapes but the rotor and I'm assuming knuckle are the same.
I'm just wondering if I replace '02 caliper brackets with '04 brackets, will the '02 caliper still bolt up?
Why am I asking this ridiculous question?
Even though my car is an 04, it has 02 brakes on the front. I have a set of 04 brake pads I want to install. It would be better/cheaper for me to update the brake brackets than trying to sell my brake pads and purchase a set of 02 pads.
I figured that many of you have had to swap such things or repair and replace them. Maybe even Alex can chime in... in 2 weeks.
