I never said it works on DSMs and I've never seen a DSM with a "grounding kit" installed. I just said that I might like to try it, and being that some wrx guys seem to install grounding kits on their cars, I'd thought I'd ask the experianced.
However, I wouldn't recommend buying a grounding kit. Just make one yourself. You can get an identical setup via any electronics/radio store.
