But I do it all for the chicks. ...'cause running a message board totally pulls all the ladies.
The hardest part was coding and testing the gallery, since it's 100% custom code. That's also why it's not as fast or as nice as some of the other galleries out there.
But it worked for my needs over on doink.net and it's been pretty solid considering it's got several GBs more images on it than I even imagined it'd have to handle.
I'd really like to either move to vBullitin like i-club and NASIOC, or go to a completely custom solution, but one costs a bunch, and the other would require an ass-load of programming... so we're just gonna stick with what we've got... at least until the racing off-season.
