The Preparation document lists 'Long sleeve shirt & pants' in the Requirements for Registration. At every track event I've driven in, a long-sleeve shirt is required. What helps in the heat, is to wear a t-shirt or something underneath (bikini top,
), so that you can take off the long sleeves when you're done running.
