Umm, all it's going to do is snarl up traffic even worse than that cluster-fuck of a town already has now, and make local area tailpipe emissions & gas consumption go up. WTF are these idiots thinking?
Let's make our traffic, air quality, and gas prices all worse in one fell swoop! It'll be great!
