Sure there is, it's forced induction and high RPMs when you're talking about race applications (see Formula 1). Unfortunately, Boxer motors aren't conducive to those conditions. |
Apples to oranges if you're talking N/A vs. forced. All things being equal, the bigger engine is going to make more power. |
