Did they say what they are going to do to fix it?
Even if the 2x6's are still intact, who wants to have their stuff (or them) fall through the spaces between? |
They said they weren't going to do anything about it! "It's just the stucco and isn't a priority right now." I probably wont use the balcony during the remainder of Winter, but when Spring/Summer rolls around, I will call to have someone inspect the integrity if it isn't fixed.
