I know some of you have heard my bitching about these guys. Shortly after I got my sparcos in, I was shopping around for the kidney and lower back bolster pads tha sparco sells for many of their seats.
Well for reason it was really hard to find a vendor that had them listed on their site. I e-mailed speedware to query about their stock of the items I wanted.
They said I could order them but it would be a 2 weeks from Sparco to them and then to me. At the time I did not need them right at that moment so I went with it.
3 weeks turned into 4 and then I started mailing them every other day to see what was going on. At first I got the "oh you e-mailed the wrong person crap" mail this person instead.
Basically I made a $60 dollar order and got the run around and I eventually gave up. They stopped replying to my mails. I was just tired of the whole thing and wrote it off. In retrospect should have fought a lot harder to get my money back. Even if I did get my money back I would have surely never ordered from them again.
Needless to say I will never deal with them again. And I encourage you to bad mouth them any chance you get. And if you are a hard core hacker hack their site and get my money back somehow.
