Matt,

I kind of had the same idea you had, so after getting pulled over I turned it down to setting number three just for giggle sake. I don't remember what setting it was on, but I usually have it set to number one as I get flashed if its set to zero.

I think it kind of funny when I get flashed, because I flash them right back with my SUPPER HIGH BEAMS.
