My suggestion is that you just work with your insurance company. Since you went to their recommended shop, they should warranty the work. Since it's clearly no where near acceptable, you'll probably have to send it back to the shop that did the work and give them a chance to make it right. If they can't or won't then you should be able to get the insurance company to pay to have it fixed elsewhere... I'd suggest talking with Shaber in that case... or get the insurance company to total the car or get them to pay you out for reduced value of the car.
